Welcome to Littlescribe!

An educational writing platform

We inspire and motivate students to bring their storytelling to life.

Our platform provides rich resources and teaching programs written by teachers for teachers.

United Nations Earth School

120 writing activities for students around the world.

Collaboration: UN Earth School is a collaboration with UNEP, Ted-Ed, National Geographic and UNESCO, launched via the TED-Ed platform on 22nd April (Earth Day). Children and adults all over the world take part in a 30 day journey, completing quests that connect us to Earth and nature.

Littlescribe: Children access Littlescribe’s tools and resources to create and bring to life their very own
Earth School project. It can be shared with family, friends and the world in Littlescribe’s digital library. Includes free curriculum-linked resources created by the Littlescribe team. With content inspiration from TED-Ed, National Geographic, PBS, Disney, WWF and BBC, all resources are available from within the Littlescribe platform.

The Co-author Program

40+ writing programs connected to the curriculum.

Collaboration: The world-first Littlescribe signature initiative connects twenty trusted authors including Jackie French, Tristan Bancks and Littlescribe Ambassador Andrew Daddo with Littlescribe to inspire and motivate student storytelling.

Littlescribe: Teachers access a comprehensive, 10-lesson writing program linked to the curriculum, including, worksheets and on-demand and live videos with the author of choice. Authors provide 2 pages of published and/or original work, we call a story starter. Students take the baton and write the rest of the story to become credited ‘co-authors’ of a published book. Students engage in online writing workshops from school or home to be inspired, motivated and supported to write. Connect with a literacy expert to learn more. Full List of Programs Here
